- 2 Bedroom Houses: @ £70
- 3 Bedroom Houses: @ £75
- 4 Bedroom Houses: @ £85
- 5+Bedroom Houses:Price to be negociated
- Prices are plus VAT.
- Payment by cash or cheque upon completion of survey,or on receipt of our invoice with regular clients.
Appointments
Appointments to suit your schedule are generally available seven days a week from 7am to 7pm.

What Happens next?
Once we have agreed an appointment,we will send you a short questionnaire concerning the property and its heating systems.we will then visit your property to conduct the assessment. This takes approximately one hour, during which time we will measure the property, and collect data concerning the heating and hot water systems.We will need access to the roof space (where applicable) and each room within the property. This a non-intrusive process and there is no physical disturbance to the fabric of the property. The data that we collect will enable us to complete the Energy Assessment online, and issue the EPC either electronically (pdf file) or as a paper document.
